A family friendly rug and custom pillows in blues and greens tie it all together.
Georgia Front PorchAFTER: Georgia Front Porch designed and built a full front porch that complemented the new siding and landscaping. This farmhouse-inspired design features a 41 ft. long composite floor, 4x4 timber posts, tongue and groove ceiling covered by a black, standing seam metal roof.
Haus of Rowe InteriorsWe transformed this barely used Sunroom into a fully functional home office because ...well, Covid. We opted for a dark and dramatic wall and ceiling color, BM Black Beauty, after learning about the homeowners love for all things equestrian. This moody color envelopes the space and we added texture with wood elements and brushed brass accents to shine against the black backdrop.

Andison Residential DesignModern Farmhouse architecture is all about putting a contemporary twist on a warm, welcoming traditional style. This spacious two-story custom design is a fresh, modern take on a traditional-style home. Clean, simple lines repeat throughout the design with classic gabled roofs, vertical cladding, and contrasting windows. Rustic details like the wrap around porch and timber supports make this home fit in perfectly to its Rocky Mountain setting. While the black and white color scheme keeps things simple, a variety of materials bring visual depth for a cozy feel.
Burrow & NestA view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and cutting garden are on full display in this all purpose room for the family. When the client's decided to turn the living room into a game room, this space needed to step up.
A small breakfast table was added to the corner next to the kitchen-- a great place to eat or do homework-- mixing the farmhouse and mid-century elements the client's love.
A large sectional provides a comfortable space for the whole family to watch TV or hang out. Crypton fabric was used on this custom Kravet sectional to provide a no-worry environment, as well as indoor/outdoor rugs. Especially necessary since the sliders lead out to the dining and pool areas.
The client's inherited collection of coastal trinkets adorns the console. Large basket weave pendants were added to the ceiling, and sconces added to the walls for an additional layer of light. The mural was maintained-- a nod to the bevy of birds dining on seeds in the feeders beyond the window. A fresh coat of white paint brightens up the woodwork and carries the same trim color throughout the house.

Artistic Design And RemodelingLight and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls.
The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier.
