Jason SilliThis room began as a living room with open archway to the entrance. The client's decided they wanted to use the space as the master bedroom. I fitted double doors and we painted them jet black to add some drama to the entrance, which was then wallpapered in a geometric wallpaper from Cole & Son. The client's love of the oriental and exotic was taken into consideration, complimented with fun, frisky punches of colour and contemporary furnishings. The warm grey paint was mixed on the spot to create the perfect warm tones.
Land & Luxury StudioGarage turned Club San Lorenzo game room. The concept for this space was a mini meow wolf. Bucketz for beer pong, darts, dance floor, ring on a string and your classic ping pong. A place to let loose and let your imagination run wild at this Airbnb!

Donelle Giannoni for Ethan Allen Orland ParkFrench bombe chests serve as night tables on both sides of the clients upholstered bed. The bed actually has a cotton finish wood frame with light fabric on upholstered headboard. French chairs and silk window treatments add to then symmetry of the space. Faux mercury glass lighting adds sparkle while the sliding barn door adds a touch of fun leading to the Master Bath. Repeating shades of the same green throughout the space coveys calm in order to truly rest and retreat into this space.

Bilotta Kitchen & HomeFor this expansive kitchen renovation, Designer, Randy O’Kane of Bilotta Kitchens worked with interior designer Gina Eastman and architect Clark Neuringer. The backyard was the client’s favorite space, with a pool and beautiful landscaping; from where it’s situated it’s the sunniest part of the house. They wanted to be able to enjoy the view and natural light all year long, so the space was opened up and a wall of windows was added. Randy laid out the kitchen to complement their desired view. She selected colors and materials that were fresh, natural, and unique – a soft greenish-grey with a contrasting deep purple, Benjamin Moore’s Caponata for the Bilotta Collection Cabinetry and LG Viatera Minuet for the countertops. Gina coordinated all fabrics and finishes to complement the palette in the kitchen. The most unique feature is the table off the island. Custom-made by Brooks Custom, the top is a burled wood slice from a large tree with a natural stain and live edge; the base is hand-made from real tree limbs. They wanted it to remain completely natural, with the look and feel of the tree, so they didn’t add any sort of sealant. The client also wanted touches of antique gold which the team integrated into the Armac Martin hardware, Rangecraft hood detailing, the Ann Sacks backsplash, and in the Bendheim glass inserts in the butler’s pantry which is glass with glittery gold fabric sandwiched in between. The appliances are a mix of Subzero, Wolf and Miele. The faucet and pot filler are from Waterstone. The sinks are Franke. With the kitchen and living room essentially one large open space, Randy and Gina worked together to continue the palette throughout, from the color of the cabinets, to the banquette pillows, to the fireplace stone. The family room’s old built-in around the fireplace was removed and the floor-to-ceiling stone enclosure was added with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV, flanked by contemporary artwork.

Personal Touch InteriorsThis is a new home construction. The focal point of this bedroom is the dramatic purple wall. Which features a DIY headboard, that incorporates built in lights to showcase this custom art work, and openings for branches placed between the art works. In order to remain budget friendly ready made bedding was purchased and complimented with custom cushions. In addition new mirrored tables, lamps and accessories complete this overall look.

DANE AUSTIN INTERIOR DESIGN Boston & CambridgeThis chic couple from Manhattan requested for a fashion-forward focus for their new Boston condominium. Textiles by Christian Lacroix, Faberge eggs, and locally designed stilettos once owned by Lady Gaga are just a few of the inspirations they offered.
