MOTIF Design Solutions, LLCMOTIF transformed a standard bedroom into this artful and inviting home office with the potential of being used a guest room when the occasion arises. Soft wall colors, a textured area rug, a built in desk are counterpoint to a cozy sofa bench -- which doubles as a twin bed or can be transformed into a queen bed by pulling the pieces apart and reconnecting them in another configuration.
It is a surprising and unexpected room and is both functional and beautiful.
John McClain DesignThe idea for this space came from two key elements: functionality and design. Being a multi-purpose space, this room presents a beautiful workstation with black and rattan desk atop a hair on hide zebra print rug. The credenza behind the desk allows for ample storage for office supplies and linens for the stylish and comfortable white sleeper sofa. Stunning geometric wall covering, custom drapes and a black and gold light fixture add to the collected mid-century modern and contemporary feel.

Parker Rose DesignPlan 2 is inspired by a “Boho Luxe Meets Transitional” look. This look will incorporate a mixture of organic and natural boho elements, but with a transitional flair, so it still gives off a clean & streamline look that will attract future home owners. The overall design will contain warm mustard yellow hues, dark oranges & neutrals colors to brighten up the space and give the space a “homey” and cozy feeling the second that you enter the home. The loft in this home will be a “work from home” space. This will have a work station, but also a small lounge area to show off that this space can be utilized for multiple occasions such as a home office or just a comfortable place to relax on your lunch break. The girl’s game room will feature a mixture of white & pastel pink colors, this is going to make the room look fun, but also cohesive with the rest of the design, so it does not distract from the rest of the home. Lastly, the boy’s room is meant to be for someone in elementary school and his favorite hobby is skateboarding. For this room we will pull in blue tones mixed with metals to give it a masculine look.
Emilie Fournet InteriorsThe conservatory space was transformed into a bright space full of light and plants. It also doubles up as a small office space with plenty of storage and a very comfortable Victorian refurbished chaise longue to relax in.

Duet Design GroupThis home office/library was the favorite room of the clients and ourselves. The vaulted ceilings and high walls gave us plenty of room to create the bookshelves of the client's dreams.

Faith Blakeney Design StudioAlison & Eric have been my clients for almost 5 years. We began working together , shortly after they purchased their home. About a year later, when Alison was pregnant with their first child they reached out to me to design the nursery & transform the garage into an office/ lounge. Later we did a total makeover in their living room, and recently I completed the nursery for their newest addition the the family. For me, as a designer with a great passion for the home, I absolutely love to be able to build long term relationships with the people I work with. Seeing my clients grow and transform and being there to ensure that their spaces, the backdrop of their lives, continue to nourish & inspire them.
