The Grove
The first stage of the redevelopment of a substantial residential property incorporated significant works to the rear of a steeply sloping block, overlooking Sydney Harbour.
New terracing created much needed level open space for the recreational benefit of the owners and their children. An upper terrace incorporates a level lawn and lounge area beneath a transplanted mature Canary Island Date Palm. From this position the site enjoys uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour, North Head, Middle Head, Manly and the ocean beyond.
A second terrace created a pool area with wet edge and glass panel with adjoining BBQ and entertaining space. The stepped entrance to the site and existing gardens above garages where enhanced.
As a result of the works, previously unused and inaccessible land has been developed to create a well used asset adding much benefit to this family home.
