Monde Room
The Monde Room was a concept developed over several years to create a space that reflects the mood and atmosphere of black and white films. It was also desired to have a residence flexible of changing character depending on the desired setting. The result is a place that at times looks like a New York City Penthouse and on other occasions is reminiscent of the the Las Vegas Strip.
Upon entry, a statement of importance is marked by the stained wood double doors that open into the elegant entry foyer with louvered doors and italian wall sconces. Following the entry is the open living area with kitchen, dining and lounging areas. Adjacent is the master suite with two sets of double doors on either side of an open fireplace at the foot of the bed. All of the primary rooms have high ceilings with cove lighting and full height mirrors throughout.
The condo is finished with Lagos Azule limestone floors and the kitchen and bath features St. Laurent Black marble. The appliances and kitchen island are all stainless steel and include a sub zero. The private balcony includes outdoor speakers and a stainless steel grill and the laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The walk-in closet has floor to ceiling built-in drawers and shelves opposite of double hanging rods. There is also a full height mirror.
The Monde Room has exquisite detailing, lavish interiors, incredible functionality and ample storage. With a fully integrated home theater system and speakers throughout, it is perfect for entertaining. While it is great for watching movies, in the Monde Room you may just feel like you are in one.
