This Orange County landscape front yard looks lush, but is saving water! The side yard was turned into a gorgeous interlocking paver stone walkway. The front yard's turf has been removed and replaced with mulch.

Whyte GardensA lovely heritage-listed home required a classic design for the front garden to be in keeping with the period of the home. While the rear garden had an architecturally designed extension added to it and so the garden had to have a contemporary feel. The focus was on entertaining, as the Italian blood of the family demanded a place where gathering could occur.
Laughlin Design Associates, Inc.This is a very modern unique style by the owners. They wanted clean lines, minimal plants and core ten steel.
Note the "edgy & angled" core ten edging...sets this design apart! Also the unique, colorful, water wise perennials and ornamental grass. Note also the two entrances to the front door...very unique!!! And the large concrete pavers with the sizable island bed.
