The custom designed beams and trim accentuate the detail and thought put into the building of their new screened porch. The cedar planked vaulted ceiling makes the porch feel luxurious and warm.
By adding a screened porch to the exterior of their home, they will now be able to enjoy the outdoors year round.

A walk-in pantry, coat closet, and utility room sit between the garage and the kitchen, convenient yet out of the way. Two bedrooms with plenty of closet space share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom at the rear of the plan, while the study and master suite are positioned across the plan for privacy. The master suite enjoys a large bathroom, dual walk-in closets, and French doors leading to a porch with fireplace.
UserMark Tessier Landscape Architecture designed this textural, drought tolerant, warm modern garden to complement the mid-century design of the home. The use of various materials including gravel, wood, and concrete mixed with a lush drought resistant planting palette offer a homeowners and visitors a multi sensory environment.

BridgewaterThe latticework uses both 1 X 1 and 1 X 4 inch cedar in a sequence of 3 one inch, followed by 1-four inch strip. The design creates privacy by obscuring views at indirect angles, while letting summer breezes through.

Custom Railing SolutionsThese rails feature our traditional Wrought-Iron Look top cap, lamb's tongue and pickets. It's 100% aluminum and built to fit that particular set of steps. Note the lack of foot plates at the post bottoms. This is because we drill a 2 inch core into the brick, concrete or stone at 4 inches deep before we drop in the rail and fill the hole with an epoxy anchoring cement.
