These clients hired us to add warmth and personality to their builder home. The fell in love with the layout and main level master bedroom, but found the home lacked personality and style. They hired us, with the caveat that they knew what they didn't like, but weren't sure exactly what they wanted. They were challenged by the narrow layout for the family room. They wanted to ensure that the fireplace remained the focal point of the space, while giving them a comfortable space for TV watching. They wanted an eating area that expanded for holiday entertaining. They were also challenged by the fact that they own two large dogs who are like their children. The entry is very important. It's the first space guests see. This one is subtly dramatic and very elegant. We added a grasscloth wallpaper on the walls and painted the tray ceiling a navy blue. The hallway to the guest room was painted a contrasting glue green. A rustic, woven rugs adds to the texture. A simple console is simply accessorized. Our first challenge was to tackle the layout. The family room space was extremely narrow. We custom designed a sectional that defined the family room space, separating it from the kitchen and eating area. A large area rug further defined the space. The large great room lacked personality and the fireplace stone seemed to get lost. To combat this, we added white washed wood planks to the entire vaulted ceiling, adding texture and creating drama. We kept the walls a soft white to ensure the ceiling and fireplace really stand out. To help offset the ceiling, we added drama with beautiful, rustic, over-sized lighting fixtures. An expandable dining table is as comfortable for two as it is for ten. Pet-friendly fabrics and finishes were used throughout the design. Rustic accessories create a rustic, finished look. The volume of this Entry was in need of an element that would bring the size into a more comfortable scale to the human perspective. The doors themselves are a towering 10' height. We had a wallpaper custom made with pine needles applied to the surface then painted a gorgeous antiqued metallic. The rectangular paper is set in a brick pattern. L'ingresso di casa rustico è tutto ciò che un ospite trova appena varcata la soglia del tuo appartamento ed è la prima forma di benvenuto che gli verrà data. Dal semplice zerbino alla stessa porta d'ingresso, ogni singolo elemento è importante nel suscitare un primo impatto positivo in ogni visitatore. Potrai avere le varie stanze della casa arredate con ottimo gusto, ma se l'ingresso e il corridoio stile rurale soffrono di qualche mancanza, ecco che l'impegno che avrai messo per decorare il tuo appartamento rischia di essere compromesso. Come arredare un ingresso di casa stile rurale

Immagina di recarti in casa di un tuo amico: sali le scale e ti trovi di fronte alla porta principale. Anche se sei ancora all'esterno della casa, stai già poggiando i piedi sull'ingresso. Per poter arredare un ingresso rustico con gusto e intelligenza, bisogna quindi aver chiaro che questo piccolo non-luogo della casa può avere due facce diverse: l'esterno e l'interno.

Come decorare l'esterno dell'ingresso rustico

Decorare l'esterno per regalare un bel benvenuto è questione di qualche piccola accortezza. Per prima cosa, assicurati che questo spazio rustico abbia un'illuminazione adeguata. È indifferente durante le ore diurne, ma avrà la sua importanza quando cala il sole. Dotare il vialetto di piccoli faretti segnapasso oppure illuminare la porta d'accesso con una piccola lanterna posta poco sopra di essa, è un primo modo per accogliere gli ospiti. Quali mobili da ingresso stile rurale scegliere?

Varcata la soglia, ecco che l'ospite si trova finalmente dentro casa. Questa zona, per essere funzionale e accogliente allo stesso tempo, dovrà avere un attaccapanni. Da terra o da parete, questo complemento è essenziale se non vogliamo che i nostri ospiti si aggirino per l'appartamento senza sapere dove appoggiare le proprie giacche. Sarà utile anche per te: l'ultima azione che si compie prima di uscire di casa è indossare la giacca e un appendiabiti è un buon modo per averla a portata di mano. Altri elementi essenziale per praticità e per fare ordine sono una scarpiera, dei ganci e delle mensole per riporre borse e cappelli. In molte case, all'ingresso è presente uno specchio: oltre ad essere utile per gli ultimi ritocchi al look prima di uscire, lo specchio conferisce un tocco elegante e donerà più luminosità all'area. Un mobile da ingresso che non dovrà mancare inoltre è la credenza o un ripiano dove porre un piccolo portaoggetti o svuotatasche per gli oggetti di uso comune, come le chiavi e il portafogli.

Come arredare il corridoio di casa rustico

L'ingresso di casa spesso può coincidere con un corridoio stile rurale che guiderà l'ospite nelle altre stanze della casa. Scegli quindi un bel tappeto che si sposi con i colori delle pareti e illumina l'androne con un lampadario o una plafoniera posta al centro di esso. Per decorare le pareti potrai affidarti a quadri o stampe particolari, avendo cura che non stonino con lo stile della casa. Quadri con cornici elaborate sono ideali per uno stile di arredo classico, mentre cornici dallo stile minimale sono adatte a un arredo moderno e giovane.
