Wine Cellars by CoastalA fusion of styling, this residential wine cellar was filled with traditional Heart Redwood St. Louis custom wine racks. Its foremost wall and entry were made of seamless, tempered glass, for optimum wine display; a distinctly modern element. The result was this gorgeously contemporary wine room.
Depicted here are wooden custom wine racks. They were installed as a part of the 'Contemporary Custom Wine Cellar in St. Louis Missouri' project.
The racks were crafted from All Heart Redwood. All Heart Redwood is highly sought-after. Its natural rosy hue and resistance to cold and humidity makes it the ideal wine storage material, as it fulfills both aesthetic and functionality requirements.
Specifically, Diamond Bin, Standard, single-bottle deep, and wine display racks were utilized. They showcase the wine to great effect, and lend a beauty of their own to the wine cellar. We used the Cooperage style wine barrel flooring.
The racks were left unfinished, to allow the wood to age naturally, and to give the cellar a clean, authentic look.
To cool the cellar, we installed an efficient refrigeration system from CellarPro.

Wine Cellar SpecialistsThis is the completed custom wine display under the stairs of a Dallas home. Wine Cellar Specialists used a double-depp Ultra Peg Series wine rack system.
The pegs are attached to the the Alumasteel backer board. The wine cooling unit was installed in the left wall.

Tanglewood Premium Wine AccessoriesA home wine wall, situated along the back wall of the dining room. The wine wall, cased with a timber frame finished in Havana Black holds hundreds of wine bottles. The wall has been designed with a contemporary eye to compliment the properties current interiors. Racking styles include angled storage, magnum displays and acrylic bottle holders.
The space has been fitted with a temperature control system to maintain the required 16-18 degrees for long term storage.

Vintage CellarsThis wine closet is unassuming from the outside, but it is anything but boring within! This homeowner wanted to display his best bottles in a big way. The wine cellar builders / design build team at Vintage Cellars worked closely with him to ensure that his vision became a reality.
This custom wine cellar is so unassuming from the outside, you could almost miss it. A small windowed door lets you in, and once inside - the wine racks take you somewhere magical. Poplar with a dark custom stain was utilized to create the sleek and modern look, even though these wine racks are made of wood. White walls behind and a clean and natural wood floor make the wine racks really pop.
Beginning at the top of the wine room, individual wine bottle storage sweeps across for bottles needing that extra aging time, not to be touched for years. Directly below sits multiple layers of space for high reveal angled display. Wine bottles are angled visibility as well as maintaining wet corks for proper storage.
Mixed in here are coved trays for large format wine bottle display. These coved trays are designed and built for featuring large wine bottles horizontally. Having these adds to a unique and eye catching layout, keeping the wine cellar looking clean and interesting. Directly underneath lies another section for individual bottle storage, as well as room to store original wood cases.
The cooling unit in this wine cellar / wine room / wine closet / custom wine room / custom wine cellar / custom wine closet / wine storage space is ducted in through the ceiling. This ensures that the wine room functions perfectly, but is also quiet and enjoyable to hang in should the need arise.

Gryphon BuildersThis chandelier was here when the project began. It set the stage for this Gatsby-style transformation that took place so that the homeowners would have an incredible space for entertaining and storing their wine. The walls are finished with a rustic faux wood paint and panel design; this provides charm and fluidity with the rest of the house. The custom chilled wine storage is embodied with ornate trim providing elegance to match the grand chandelier.

Wine Cellars by CoastalAnother picture of this glass custom wine cellar door Orange County CA depicts its seamless quality; the clear, unmarred surface allows for an unobstructed view into the lovely wine cellar room.
The Herculite entrance door provides a good view of the brick veneer interior of the cellar. It was made from thick and heavy glass panels that can withstand impact.

Charter Custom HomesA peak inside this 2400 bottle wine cellar.
Two 42" wide fiberglass doors created this wide opening. Doors were cladded on the exterior with steel panels and custom made pulls were added. Metal work was done by Kollmar Sheet Metal in Seattle.
Luxury ElementsLuxury Elements created this walk in wine cellar as a focal point within the basement. The custom glass panels and center glass door allows this space to be seen at all times while also creating its own dedicated environment. The large-scale light grey tile was installed on the floor throughout the bar area and wine cellar in order to bring a sense of connection between the two spaces.

The display measures at about 4ft high by 6ft wide, holds around 160 bottles and can be customized to suit your needs.
