Kitchens by Good GuysHere at our Sharon DR kitchen remodel, the kitchen needed a massive update. We replaced all the cabinets with new white painted shaker cabinetry with features like the desired double stacked cutlery tray that our homeowner loves, a spice pull out next to the range, a revolving lazy susan, double ovens and more. Our client wanted the classic looks of the farmhouse style like a farmhouse sink, accent hood, bronze accents, and subway tile with an accent cement tile. Take a tour, and enjoy!

Robinson InteriorsA British client requested an 'unfitted' look. Robinson Interiors was called in to help create a space that appeared built up over time, with vintage elements. For this kitchen reclaimed wood was used along with three distinctly different cabinet finishes (Stained Wood, Ivory, and Vintage Green), multiple hardware styles (Black, Bronze and Pewter) and two different backsplash tiles. We even used some freestanding furniture (A vintage French armoire) to give it that European cottage feel. A fantastic 'SubZero 48' Refrigerator, a British Racing Green Aga stove, the super cool Waterstone faucet with farmhouse sink all hep create a quirky, fun, and eclectic space! We also included a few distinctive architectural elements, like the Oculus Window Seat (part of a bump-out addition at one end of the space) and an awesome bronze compass inlaid into the newly installed hardwood floors. This bronze plaque marks a pivotal crosswalk central to the home's floor plan. Finally, the wonderful purple and green color scheme is super fun and definitely makes this kitchen feel like springtime all year round! Masterful use of Pantone's Color of the year, Ultra Violet, keeps this traditional cottage kitchen feeling fresh and updated.

NJW ConstructionThe exterior façades, by itself, awakens ones aesthetic senses. The kitchens most prominent accent feature is located perfectly to receive a flood of natural light. This cooktop feature area has decorative subtleties that enhance the beauty without shocking the design. Specifically, this area is subtly pulled out into the kitchen’s working space and then highlighted with a shaker box wrap hood cabinet which is complimented with a recessed decorative plate shelf. Just below all this elegance is a tone on tone accent mosaic ceramic tile block design. A boarder of glass pencil line accents married next to 4 x 4 tiles encompasses additional tiles laid in a diamond pattern to create contrast and visual interest. This pattern is simplified and continues around the kitchen harmonizing the remaining backsplash. To further emphasize the importance of this work station it is flanked with 2” style cabinetry blocks that are installed both on the base and the wall cabinets; on each side.

Arto terra cotta floors, hand waxed, newly designed rustic open beam ceiling, plaster hood, white painted cabinetry, oak counters, and leathered ocean black granite island counter. Limestone backsplash. Light painted walls with dark wood flooring. Walls with thick plaster arches, simple and intricate tile designs, feel very natural and earthy in the warm Southern California sun. Plaster range hood and custom painted Malibu tile back splash. Stained wood beams and trusses, planked ceilings over wide planked oak floors with several shapes of hand dark waxed terra cotta tiles. Leathered black granite and wood counters int ehkitchen, along with a long island. Plaster fireplace with tile surround and brick hearth, tie into the patio spaces all with the same red brick paving.
