“My husband and I hired Woodstone to do an entire home renovation on our 1936 tutor home. We did it in two consecutive phases, allowing us to live in the home the entire time. Tim Oskey was available literally 24/7. He is meticulous in every detail. Our project was completed on time and within budget. It has been two years since our remodel was completed, and I still call him if I need anything done or ever have a question about something. “Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! “I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”

“We were referred to Andy and Sarah by another contractor hired to install granite countertops. We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote. Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. They set a schedule, always showing up on time, did great work and delivered on their promises. Throughout the process they also provided us design ideas/considerations that proved extremely helpful. So impressed with the work that they've done at our home we now have neighbors who are reaching out and requesting that ASA provide quotes for their projects.
