“After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. Quality of work performed was great and the end result came out amazing. I would definitely recommend Mr & Mrs. Construction to anyone looking to get their bathroom redone in an affordable budget.”

“We wanted our old (ca 1915) single family detached garage torn down and replaced with a larger and more functional garage / workshop. We found JP Whitney doing a similar project in our Shasta-Hanchette neighborhood, liked the quality of work we saw, talked with John Whitney and his project manager, Todd Lazetera, and ultimately signed a contract with JP Whitney to take on our garage rebuild. Remodeling in a historic neighborhood can be a challenge, but we found John to be very knowledgable and easy to get along with. He helped us find an excellent architect, and brought in and managed a highly skilled team of workers and sub-contractors to do the demolition and day to day construction. Todd was always good about communicating any project status changes and up-dating project timelines, so we never felt in the dark about what was going on. The final project outcome met, and in-fact exceeded our original expectations. John even helped us identify ways to reduce cost in some areas without reducing quality, so we came in overall on budget, and in a couple areas under the original cost estimates. So if you're considering a home remodeling project I strongly recommend putting JP Whitney on your short list of contractors to interview. Our own experience was positive, and we're very happy with the new garage JP Whitney did for us.”

“We first used RBuilder construction in 2013 for a kitchen remodel, we were so pleased with the results that we used them again in 2015 for a kitchen in another home and in 2016 for a master bathroom renovation. Ryan is very knowledgeable about materials and finishes and where to source the perfect product. Our projects were all completed in a timely manner and with our budget in mind. We still get compliments about our kitchen and bathroom and how beautiful they are. Ryan and his team were very easy to work with and kept in communication throughout the projects. Everyone at RBuilder was courteous and respectful and we always felt comfortable having them in our home. RBuilders attention to detail and craftsmanship can't be beat and we continue to recommend them to friends and family.”

“I used Virtue to redo my guest bathroom. It involved a full tear out and rebuild of the floors, tub/shower, vanity, and toilet. All the light fixtures were replaced as well. They were professional from the quote to when the job was finished. They were on time for appointments and completed the job on time as promised. I thought this company was nothing but professional, honest, and provided what they said they would provide. I highly recommend Virtue Construction.”
