She worked closely with us to understand our style but was also not shy about encouraging us to take risks and move in different directions. We never felt pressured and in the end our home completely reflects our tastes and preferences but in a way we would not have been able to pull off without Priscilla's keen eye, fashion sense, and encouragement.”

“My entire experience with Monica was great. She was organized, talented (she has an amazing eye), timely, priced very fairly, and most of all, she really listened to my ideas and helped me to figure out my "vision" for decorating my house. She had so many great ideas to offer. Normally I would not take the time to write a review of someone but I was just so impressed with Monica that I wanted to do so.”

“If I could give Sandra 1000 stars, I would!!! She is Amazing!!! We had never imagined how fabulous our home could be until Sandra brought the vision and the talent!! The incredible transformation all came together in good time and within budget. Sandra helped us to focus our time, money and energy on the things that truly made a difference in getting our home market-ready and bringing in top dollar. Everyone who saw our home loved it!! We had several offers on our home before it even came on the market. We owe it all to Sandra!! As if that weren't enough, Sandra is the sweetest, most caring person whom we could have ever asked for. She always took the time to hear our input and concerns. With all the stress that goes into selling a home, she always helped to put our minds at ease. “Alexis has consulted and advise me on several occasions on rooms in my home I was stuck on. I Just did not know how to move forward and make the rooms more inviting. Alexis is like having a very good friend who also happens to have flawless interior design taste, knowledge and can find the most amazing pieces. She picks out pieces that you never would have picked out yourself, but are perfect for you. Alexis can help with one room or help you with an entire home. I recommend working with her and hiring her as an interior designer!" I will definitely use her again and again.”

“How wonderful to have a decorator who does not provide cookie-cutter designs. She looked at our home, listened to who we are and what we wanted and provided us with choices. From our slate entry to our new floors to the built-ins in the family room to our granite in the kitchen and bathroom, it all ties together to provide a warm, comfortable home. We get so many compliments, I think we may have the design others want to copy.”

“This being our first major remodel to our home of 15 years, the planning and execution was a very daunting task for us because it included our Kitchen, Living room and Family room. We were not sure whether the decisions we take was going to be correct. That is when we met Swati at a booth in an event in Cupertino. Working with Swati was the best decision we took. She helped us with the planning, designing and working with our contractor throughout the project. She came up with practical ideas for our Kitchen. She recommended the stores from where we could buy materials and accompanied us while we shopped for appliances, flooring other major purchases for our project. Swati was always punctual for all appointments and was clear in all her communications. We highly recommend Swati for your home projects.”

“We hired Hellen Hsieh, the owner of Design Loft Company, to design our 725 sq ft great room addition. We are so incredibly thrilled with the completed project, it is exactly what we had envisioned. Our existing house was a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The kitchen and living area was very modest. With two teenagers at home, we needed to expand and wanted more room to entertain. When we started the project we were uncertain if we should knock down walls and remodel the current floor plan and add a small addition or keep the footprint of the existing house exactly the same and add on one large great room. We decided to do the later, however, to get to this point, we went through several different renderings. Hellen provided us with many great options and helped us decide what would be the most economical and feasible plan. She was flexible, patient and was great about pointing out the pros and cons of each option. Her interactions with our architect , contractor and cabinet supplier went very smoothly which helped us to meet specific deadlines. Hellen was maticulous when it came to the kitchen cabinets and made sure everything was ordered properly and our custom stain came out exactly how we wanted. As a designer, she is very creative and knowledgeable. She understood the style and feel we were after. More importantly she was very conscious and respectful of our monetary constraints which helped us complete our entire project within budget. What impressed us most was her understanding of the build process: from the contractors needs, the city requirements, realistic costs and time estimates, appliance installation prerequisites and inspection requirements. We couldn't be more pleased with Design Loft and Hellen's professionalism.”

“I had the pleasure of collaborating with designer Kara Silkwood on a major residential remodel and addition located in Los Gatos, California. She was a tremendous asset to our design team as our small addition grew to a whole-house remodel and addition--approximately 3,000 sq. ft. single story home. Together, we transformed a simple ranch style home into a custom detailed, beautifully decorated craftsman style home inside and out. I would highly recommend Interior Designer, Kara for your project.”
