“The service professional arrived as scheduled to begin rewiring my basement and installing ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. He was very cordial. My boys were very interested in what he was doing (as was my dog) and he took it all in stride, explaining and entertaining as he worked. He was very open and honest, offering suggestions for future projects. When I noticed a problem with one of the lights after he had left, I made a call and he returned the next day with the same enthusiasm. Once the work was complete, I was impressed! As the days went by, I received a thank you note and discount card in the mail which really made me feel special. The discount card prompted me to plan out future projects around the house.”

He ran new wiring for lighting in my dining room because a wall had been removed. Installed under cabinet lighting (looks fabulous) and new pendant lights and a huge light in my stairwell.
