Kato arrived with a smile on his face which reassured me that I had hired the right company for the job I needed done. He even checked on a short we had in one of our outlets in the front yard. “From our online request for an estimate to inspecting the finished installations, Malfettone was totally professional. We requested installation of (1) recessed lighting in the living and dining rooms; (2) a wall sconce in the living room; (3) two new electrical outlets; and (4) a hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Shortly after filing our estimate request, Mike Malfettone came by to examine the premises; he provided an estimate via an online system shortly thereafter (you review, request changes, and approve online). He also suggested some alternatives, which was very helpful. The guys who did the installations arrived early, worked diligently, and stayed a bit late to finish the job -- all in one day. They knew exactly what they were doing, and totally cleaned up thereafter. Mike came by the next day to inspect the work. “After Superstorm Sandy I was devastated. I called Glenn from Guidici Elec. and he was at my home practically as soon as the waters receded. He interceded with LIPA, our electric power company. He worked for virtually nothing, waiting for insurance money. He was completely honest, and has a supremely competent staff. Their first concern was my safety and my need for electricity. Since that time they have done extensive rewiring both in the house and bringing the power into the house. They have been working for me on and off for months, trying to get the house fixed. In addition, they are trustworthy and focused on their work. I can't imagine using any other electricians.”
