“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. She had thought the 3D designs were real..! - Davis Micahel”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Ashley is OUTSTANDING. Currently she is our real estate agent. My husband and I feel so comfortable with her and trust her advice and skill. She is extremely honest and points out many different aspects about the houses- both the good and the bad. She has been incredibly patient with us while we search for the "perfect" house. She is unbelievably accommodating and responsive to our requests to schedule a viewing. She really does have our best interest in mind and is invested in our decision. We really would be lost without her. The best part about looking at houses with Ashley is that we know we will continue to utilize her extensive knowledge after we decide on a home. She has a unique ability to envision all the potential in a home to help us make it truly ours. I have recommended Ashley to several of my friends and will continue to do so! “I've now had the opportunity to photograph two of Jim Frisbee's remodels. While I never saw the homes before they were done, I can only say that Jim's work is FLAWLESS! Every detail is simply perfect. There is nothing that seems out of place or not thought out. If I ever get a chance to remodel my house, Jim is my first and only call.”

I have used him exclusively for all of my design necessities since then and have recommended him to anyone I know who is in need of architectural design services. He is incredibly reasonable, very professional, and extremely prompt with any changes I might need. He comes highly recommended by the county. “Alisa does a great job of listening to our remodel needs and blending our design styles. Her designs reflect this. We hired her for two large additions to our home, both times, we were extremely pleased with her initial designs. During the build out, she remained very involved ensuring progression of the construction process, ensuring it stayed on target and that we were both happy with the results. She offered great advice on design and was immensely helpful when it came to our permits and local city codes. We highly recommend Alisa for both her design and service.”

“I hired Craig to help me with a "granny flat" we needed to build for my mom. He worked directly with my mom to figure out what she wanted and created a wonderful design. My mom loved him, and enjoyed the whole process, which was super important to me. Then he worked with the contractors to ensure it was built according to plan. My mom loved her new home! After mom passed away we hired Craig again to design the entire remodel of our home and he came through with flying colors once again. He created a design that truly reflected exactly what we wanted our home to look like, and designed a floor plan that opened up the whole house and made it so comfortable to live in and entertain friends in. Once again, he participated in the actual building process to ensure the plans were properly implemented. We could not be happier with his work and attention to detail. I've referred Craig to several of my friends and colleagues.”
