“It is with pleasure that I write a business review for Mr. Patrick Ward, Owner of W4 CUSTOM DESIGNS, LLC. My wife and I purchased a home with two acres in an upscale subdivision near Kerrville, Texas a year and a half ago. Our immediate plan was to build a combination workshop and RV garage of about 1600 sq. ft. on the property. In compliance with the HOA regulations the design of the building had to match the "Tuscany" design of the house - incorporating white stone veneer, stucco and roof colors. Arrangements were made with Mr. Ward to assist in the design and to produce the construction drawings. On many occasions, Mr. Ward's creativity and expertise in design provided improvements to what I had envisioned, and I am no stranger to construction. Mr. Ward was always available to make needed modifications to the plans, produced the changes quickly, and provided excellent communication on all aspects of the project. It should be noted that the final plans submitted to the HOA and the County were approved without any changes - which speaks to the quality of his work. I have seen a number of his larger house projects that were far more complex than my project, but his focus and attention were just as sharp on my $160,000 building as on the larger projects.
