He was simply the best to deal with, very professional, on time, and took a personal interest in the project, and within budget. We moved in 2 years ago and still love him and the contractor, C.W. “Timeline Design designed and build our 6,000 sq ft house. They took our ideas and made them better. As the project progressed they improved the design and solved problems as the reality of the construction unveiled ways to make it better or address issues. This was done as a matter of course, not as a way to jack up the price through change orders. Most of these changes did, in fact, not change the price. Some did require extra or different materials or effort but these only added T&M charges. We are still delighted with our house 7 years after it was completed. Timeline Design still sends people out to fix or address any issues we have as they arise. Timeline Design is an honest, committed and talented designer/builder. I can't recommend them high enough!”

“Sarit was awesome. We did a renovation of the house, and from start to finish Sarit set the tone. She listened to thoughts, and created a vision based on this. She is highly responsive, creative, thoughtful and supportive. Renovation can be trying and Sarit facilitated the process. Between creating renderings of the vision, working with the county for the permits, arranging and interfacing with the contractor, and designing the house, Sarit directed the project and was great. The outcome is fantastic, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Sarit's work here. I recommend her highly.”

“Bahi and Mariela are truly a unique find and I thank my lucky stars everyday that we discovered them for our home remodel. We added about 1000 sq ft to our 1500 sq ft home, and took down all but the foundation and studs of the initial footprint. Not only did Bahi and Mariela fully integrate the new construction into a seamless floor plan, but every piece of it is so incredibly unique and stunning. They completely designed a new roof that creatively resolves the 8 foot plates from the initial walls to the 9 foot plates of the new construction, and you would never know it as all you see is a gorgeous elevation that is absolutely stunning. I am absolutely in love with the outside of the house. And then the inside...WOW! Our new common space is an open concept with beautiful architectural accents and high ceilings. We wanted open concept, but we also wanted each space to be defined in some way so they designed the most beautiful details in the ceilings above the spaces including vaulted, tray, and crown molding accented elements. The end result is that when people walk in, they often tell us it's one of the best homes they have ever seen. Several have told us it is their dream home and would love to build the same design somewhere. We owe that to Bahi and Mariela for working so diligently to add just the right touches that would make our home beautiful. I feel like I am living in a gem that nobody else could have dreamed up but them. And not only is our house extraordinary, but Bahi and Mariela were the nicest people to work with the whole project. I am so glad we hired them and now have a beautiful home to call ours for years to come. Thank you 360 design studio!!!!”
