1930's Elegant Renovation
Partial renovation on this 1930's classic home. Base cabinetry was reused since it was cherry and in excellent shape. Upper cabinets were replaced with taller cabinetry, Countertops were replaced from New Venetian Gold granite to carrara marble. Layout of kitchen was modified to make larger and reuse existing cabinetry to create the serving/hutch cabinet near entrance. Microwave was removed over stove and replaced with a chimney style hood. and built into the wall, lighting was replaced. Ceiling was painted a slight "blue" to highlight the ceiling.
