Vero Condo
Karen likes this type of rug for living room. I sorta like this wall covering for the den/tv room as an alt to vertical tongue/groove I’d forwarded. Think this looks better. Even like the console under the tv in terms of color, size. Not a fan of the oranges but this palette with blues and greens might look nice.
Another interesting wallpaper pattern - powder room??
Kind of an interesting wallpaper
Another possibility for side porch
Narrow scale - side porch
Narrow table for side porch
Sconce style entry by elevator
Powder rm sconce style
Narrow table, maybe 6-seater instead of 8, possible for side porch
Sofa style (no nail heads); upholstery on chairs
Counter, sink, fixtures, mirror, sconces. Not the base cab color or wallpaper.
Vanity, mirror.
Vanity cabinet and top - undermount sink
Vanity cab, counter, sink, fixtures. That’s all.
Color and style of vanity. Dark textured wall covering. Sconces, mirror
Powder wallpaper
Colors - wall, sofa/blues/greens/browns in pillows, rug, cocktail table style and wood color
another view from prior room. Like the lamps, colors, console, furniture placement (but with ottoman(s) for lounge chairs) like the drapes - pattern rather than solid. like the rug.
Color palette - sofas, rug, console, lamps - even drapes but not the rattan looking chairs.
Simplicity of surround. TV mount over instead of art. Karen doesn't like the black marble (could go different color) but the simplicity of the surround (i.e, no mantle ledge) was appealing and allows you to get the TV down to a viewable height.
Fireplace surround - texture, simplicity would need a less green-ish stone color to coordinate with our flooring, KAREN LIKES THIS ONE. TV over instead of art. Need to talk about the existing hearthstone - can it be chipped/cut out without damaging existing floor or will we need to "veneer" over it with whatever material we choose for the surroudn
Another simple surround example. Karen prefers the one in the prior pic
Color palette - too formal in terms of sofas and chairs but colors are restful, either in LR or one of the bedrooms.
Color palette - liked the table color, too
Liked the table
Colors - chairs might be a little too blue - not a fan of slip covers but you get the idea of this room fitting ours
Liked the rug
Wall color and coordinating colors for one of the bedrooms. Not a fan of 4-poster beds or striped rug.
Fireplace surround stone material (not the depth and blocky feel of it.)
Another good fireplace surround. That's all for this pic.
TV placement over FP - don't like the mantle - want cleaner look. There's nothing else about this room i like.
coffee table style. furniture layout (sofas, chairs with ottomans - placement not the furniture items). Idea for replacing bookcases - not as dark of wood color but this look was nice.
Another view of built-ins from prior pic
Mike's favorite built-ins. We will want to keep the icemaker (but it can be behind a cabinet door, so better aesthetics, but let's get rid of bar sink. This looks clean, current. don't like any of the furniture tho
Fireplace surround. Forget the floating shelves.
Just a thought re: master hallway to bedroom where the sliding closet doors are. Probably not - but something to talk about
Colors. Don't like the gingham pattern but the beiges/brown and blues are soothing.
Liked the sofa style - arms are compact. that is it, tho. White and indigo are too popular for me. - want more soothing.
Another view of sofas - don't want slip covers. Cocktail table was interesting.
Like the window treatment idea for the big windows that are in DR and LR on south side. Also liked the fairly compact size/simplicity of the dining chairs.
motorized shades would be nice if doable.
DR fixture possibility
