Inspiracion al Cuadrado SLDESPUÉS: Se sustituyó la bañera por una práctica y cómoda ducha con una hornacina. Los azulejos estampados y 3D le dan un poco de energía y color a este nuevo espacio en blanco y negro.
El baño principal es uno de los espacios más logrados. No fue fácil decantarse por un diseño en blanco y negro, pero por tratarse de un espacio amplio, con luz natural, y no ha resultado tan atrevido. Fue clave combinarlo con una hornacina y una mampara con perfilería negra.
Mountainwood ConstructionA double shower is the main feature in this 2nd master bath. The double hinged doors are spectacular and really showcase the gorgeous earth tone ceramic tile. We finished off the room with engineered quartz countertop and under mount sinks with Newport Brass fixtures.

MainStreet Design BuildThe master bath in this Franklin Estate home was original to the early ’90s and ready for a complete gut and makeover. The layout worked well for both husband and wife, but they were ready for new high-end amenities. Adding a fully programmable heated floor, custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous quartz, and a completely custom remote-controlled electrical system were just a few of the luxuries. The new spa shower with rain head and handheld Hansgrohe fixtures are perfect for a quick morning wakeup or end-of-the-day relaxing soak.
A must-have for “her” was the Kohler Sunstruck oval freestanding heated bubble massage air bath, that replaced the old clunky built-in corner tub. A must-have for “him” was the Toto Neorest with Actilight technology. This toilet is truly a revolutionary innovation at the peak of luxury. Truth Design Build, LLCThis enormous primary bathroom has had a complete makeover. We carried through the same gorgeous blue custom cabinetry that's seen elsewhere throughout the house, added an entire wall of cabinetry storage, gorgeous textured wood grain hexagonal wall tile, modern industrial light fixtures, a brand new stand alone tub nestled among large sunny windows. Topping it all off is a huge walk in shower in various white tiles to keep the space light and bright!

TVL Creative Ltd.This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics.
Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements.
Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper.
Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

Progressive Design BuildIn the primary bath, a collaborative effort resulted in a serene retreat featuring mirrored accents to enhance brightness and eliminate the need for traditional vanity lights. By eschewing a built-in tub and opting for minimalist design elements, the space exudes a sense of tranquility and harmony.

This image showcases the luxurious design features of the principal ensuite, embodying a perfect blend of elegance and functionality. The focal point of the space is the expansive double vanity unit, meticulously crafted to provide ample storage and countertop space for two. Its sleek lines and modern design aesthetic add a touch of sophistication to the room.
The feature tile, serves as a striking focal point, infusing the space with texture and visual interest. It's a bold geometric pattern, and intricate mosaic, elevating the design of the ensuite, adding a sense of luxury and personality.
Natural lighting floods the room through large windows illuminating the space and enhancing its spaciousness. The abundance of natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while also highlighting the beauty of the design elements and finishes.
Overall, this principal ensuite epitomizes modern luxury, offering a serene retreat where residents can unwind and rejuvenate in style. Every design feature is thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and functional space that exceeds expectations.
Lindy Design BuildThe primary bathroom meets all the homeowner’s modern needs but has plenty of cozy accents that make it feel right at home in the rest of the space. A natural wood vanity with a mixture of brass and bronze metals gives us the right amount of warmth, and contrasts beautifully with the off-white floor tile and its vintage hex shape. Now the shower is where we had a little fun, we introduced the soft matte blue/green tile with satin brass accents, and solid quartz floor (do you see those veins?!). And the commode room is where we had a lot of fun, the leopard print wallpaper gives us all lux vibes (rawr!) and pairs just perfectly with the hex floor tile and vintage door hardware.
