First panel for a new (possible) triptych. For each work in this nonobjective series I endeavor to depict a portal that moves the viewer to a better space emotionally as one sinks into the painting. In this case the orange stripe draws you in and moves you into the warm environment behind the dark linear foreground elements. My Quadratic works are especially positive, meditative, and uplifting when viewed up close.
