mercer INTERIORThe cabinetry and millwork were created using a stained grey oak and finished with brushed brass pulls made by a local hardware shop. File drawers live under the daybed, and a mix of open and closed shelving satisfies all current and future storage needs.

In this 25sqm studio it was hidden within the mirrored wardrobe to keep interior clean and uncluttered. 180 degree hinges allow doors open completely giving plenty of space for comfortable and productive work.

Simpson & VoyleThe image displays a streamlined home office area that is the epitome of modern minimalism. Haus of Rowe InteriorsWe transformed this barely used Sunroom into a fully functional home office because ...well, Covid. We opted for a dark and dramatic wall and ceiling color, BM Black Beauty, after learning about the homeowners love for all things equestrian. This moody color envelopes the space and we added texture with wood elements and brushed brass accents to shine against the black backdrop.

Culwick & Co E-DesignThe client wasnt sure what to do with this little nook, the window was so lovely but the space had just an accent chair. The result was this beautiful bespoke little desk area, with storage for her books and a little area to work on. Light and bright to open the space up with a lovely accent colour chair. This was a design and build project.

Rasmus BlaesbjergA little over a year ago my retaining wall collapsed by the entrance to my house bringing down several tons of soil on to my property. Not exactly my finest hour but I was determined to see as an opportunity to redesign the entry way that I have been less than happy with since I got the house.
I wanted to build a structure together with a new wall I quickly learned it required foundation with cement caissons drilled all the way down to the bedrock. It also required 16 ft setbacks from the hillside. Neither was an option for me.
After much head scratching I found the shed building ordinance that is the same for the hills that it is for the flatlands. The basics of it is that everything less than 120 ft, has no plumbing and with electrical you can unplug is considered a 'Shed' in the City of Los Angeles.
A shed it is then.
This is lead me the excellent high-end prefab shed builders called Studio Shed. I combined their structure with luxury vinyl flooring from Amtico and the 606 Universal Shelving System from Vitsoe. All the interior I did myself with my power army called mom and dad.
I'm rather pleased with the result which has been dubbed the 'SheShed'

Studio DeanThis re-imagined open plan space includes a small office area created to allow home working to take place even in a compact home. A false stud is used to create a recess and allows ample space for any home worker to enjoy. Copper wall panelling brings it in to the scheme and the us of Plywood continues.
This is now a multifunctional space to be enjoyed by all family members.
