Newport Residence
The Master Bath was very small with limited room for expansion. We used the geometry of materials to add dimension and define space: a sliver of mirror frames vertical slate tile on the shower wall, and the square vessel sink is repeated in the square cabinet pulls. Combining low cost IKEA cabinets with high quality carrarra marble and slate, we created an accessible, textured and modern bath respecting the vintage sensibilities of the building. photo by tylermallory.com
