Mercer Island Residence #1
Realized a building lot on a steep site that was listed as unbuildable. The entire house is set on piling that was recycled from a waterfront pier on Elliot Bay, Seattle. We also saved all but three trees, and this house shares a dock on Lake Washington with another residence.
