Standing in the foothills of the Cévennes, within the historic Languedoc region of France, the village of Anduze has been renowned for its pottery since the 17th century. It is from Anduze that ORNAMENTI has sourced a collection of artisan-made Biot Jars and other pottery designs. Biot Jars with a glaze are not designed for the extremes of the British climate and should be considered for interior use only, unless positioned in garden during the summer months only.

O'hana Art EnvironmentsOften considered unusable, wasted space, the hillsides of many southern California homes are considered, at best, as an afterthought in landscape planning. With creativity and craftsmanship, however, we can transform any hill into something usable, and with foliage we can make it a visual destination in itself. This massive back slope was re-formed from a steep, overgrown hill into a series of terraced gardens. Access upslope is through a grand yet informal set of outdoor wooden steps bound on each side by a pair of three symmetrical cascades of semi-circular, flowing retaining walls. The homeowner requested that the foliage be drought-tolerant, and that is exactly what we delivered. From wasted space to best of show.

Archadeck of Northeast DallasTo give their porch floor a new personality, the homeowners selected a stain-and-stamp design called Baltic cobblestone with a base color of French cream and a walnut release. We used the walnut release in the grout lines, too, for an extra dimension of detail. We installed the stain-and-stamp concrete as an overlay on the existing patio and extended the new patio beyond the original to create a grilling area.
