Crossville Remodel
After giving this customer the 30 x30 garage with storage space above ( 12x30x8 attic truss ) they decided to replace the pull down ladder with a stairway and full entry with an 11' roof over a stamped concrete patio. We needed headroom for the stairs. This is the finished roof/ceiling. 2x6 southern yellow pine atop 4x8 western cedar rafters resting on 4x12 western cedar headers. We designed this gable truss with functional heavy steel gang plates and 1" bolts. The roof is standing seam. The finished stairs will be in another photo. ScottM
