Barep Court Project-Laundry
At the rear of this original home was a laundry room with a traditional back door, as this was the only rear part of the home that could be opened up the the rear patio, the laundry needed to be relocated. It was decided that it a small laundry would be made and concealed behind singed doors with a large linen space. These doors are all pivot hinged and have concealed hinges, making this look like a large wall. The space is just adjacent to the kitchen and so also serves as a butlers pantry space. with coffee machines and blenders that can be hidden away.
