TVL Creative Ltd.This newly purchased home was the perfect size for our client's growing family. The house, having been expanded on and renovated by the previous owners was the right size but not quite the right style. The house was full of design elements that may have been "cool" in the early 2000s but just didn't feel right for a young family. The master bathroom was in the most serious need of redo with many, many square feet of dingy and somewhat depressing deep red granite tile with diamond accents in black granite. The bathroom felt dark and dingy. Together with our clients, we set out on our mission to efficiently turn this room into an inviting and happy place for our clients. Thankfully the layout of the space was very functional, so we focused on an aesthetic overhall. At the top of the client’s list was to have a beautiful and comfortable freestanding soaker tub. Behind the Kohler tub and throughout the bathroom walls is polished Calacatta Gold marble tile. The new brushed nickel plumbing fixtures are timeless and unfussy, an important thing for busy young parents! The new bathroom is sleek but not stark. A welcoming space for our clients to feel at home.
Melton Design BuildIn the master bathroom remodel, a spare bedroom was utilized to expand the bathroom footprint to include a full walk-in closet as well as a luxurious shower and commode. The blue tiles work so nicely with the newly designed kitchen remodel, making this 1950’s ranch into a contemporary and welcoming home for a social family.

New York Kitchen & BathThis Buffalo Bathroom uses the same wood look tile on the floors and walls for a sleek, contemporary look. This shower features a glass tile listello that is intersected by a custom niche box for added storage. The plumbing features a two-in-one diverter from Delta that allows the user to switch water flow from handheld to shower head seamlessly. Across the room are some simple white cabinets with a shiny black granite vanity top.
JJ InteriorsThis lovely vanity and large mirror both frame and reflect the views. Quartz flooring provides color and texture below rich wood cabinets.

BANDD DESIGNA large island, soft colors, and modern interiors were used to give this Austin kitchen a contemporary update. We created a more usable layout and improved functionality by adding custom cabinetry, charging drawers, wall-mounted shelves, and an appliance garage. Modern pendant lights, double bowl hammered copper apron kitchen sink, geometric glass chandelier, and black rattan kitchen chairs add sophistication to the kitchen. After the kitchen, our Austin studio worked on this client’s bathroom remodeling project to design a modern, bright, and polished space. We started with a light, soothing color palette and two large mirrors to create an open, airy vibe. Modern sconces and striking lighting add a sophisticated touch. And finally, a beautiful tub creates a relaxing, luxurious, spa-like appeal to the space.

Michelle Yorke Interior Design LLCA collection of unique and luxurious spa-inspired bathrooms adorned with exotic stone walls, elegant lighting, and large wooden vanities (perfect for storage). Classic Home ImprovementsThis Master Bathroom, Bedroom and Closet remodel was inspired with Asian fusion. Our client requested her space be a zen, peaceful retreat. This remodel Incorporated all the desired wished of our client down to the smallest detail. A nice soaking tub and walk shower was put into the bathroom along with an dark vanity and vessel sinks. The bedroom was painted with warm inviting paint and the closet had cabinets and shelving built in. This space is the epitome of zen.

123 Remodeling Inc.We extended the vanity by shifting the toilet and adding a sink to make it a double and operate as more of a primary bathroom space. We also removed a half wall at the original built in tub to accommodate and create a more open space for a modern freestanding tub. Lastly, we opened the shower area and took the full height partition wall into a half wall with open glass above to continue to make the entire space feel more open.

Randy TrainorThese clients hired us to renovate their long and narrow bathroom with a dysfunctional design. Along with creating a more functional layout, our clients wanted a walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, and a double vanity. Already working with tight space, we got creative and were able to widen the bathroom by 30 inches. This additional space allowed us to install a wet area, rather than a small, separate shower, which works perfectly to prevent the rest of the bathroom from getting soaked when their youngest child plays and splashes in the bath.
Our clients wanted an industrial-contemporary style, with clean lines and refreshing colors. To ensure the bathroom was cohesive with the rest of their home (a timber frame mountain-inspired home located in northern New Hampshire), we decided to mix a few complementary elements to get the look of their dreams. The shower and bathtub boast industrial-inspired oil-rubbed bronze hardware, and the light contemporary ceramic garden seat brightens up the space while providing the perfect place to sit during bath time. We chose river rock tile for the wet area, which seamlessly contrasts against the rustic wood-like tile. And finally, we merged both rustic and industrial-contemporary looks through the vanity using rustic cabinets and mirror frames as well as “industrial” Edison bulb lighting.
Project designed by Franconia interior designer Randy Trainor. She also serves the New Hampshire Ski Country, Lake Regions and Coast, including Lincoln, North Conway, and Bartlett.

SDL Residential DesignFor the bathroom we used a straight-set dark slate tile to contrast with the white walls elsewhere and create a calm, meditative space. A large mirror creates the illusion of a larger space while also capturing more of the daylight though the window. We chose chrome fixtures to contrast against the dark, matte finish of the slate.
