UPA, Urbanism Planning Architecture, is an established international architectural firm based in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Milano (Italy) and Baghdad (Iraq) since 2006. In the short time since its foundation, UPA has won and carried on important and prestigious projects. Paolo Lettieri - Registered Architect @ Ordine degli Architetti di Varese n.1960 Managing partner of UPA Italia and Director of Milano office Born in Varese (Italy) in 1974, he graduated in Architecture from the Milan Polytechnic under the guidance of Professor Marco Dezzi Bardeschi. After 10 years of experience in international studies such as that of Dante O. Benini & Partners Architect and various engineering companies developing numerous projects in Italy and the Middle East as a project leader and project manager, he founded UPA Italia by Paolo Lettieri Architects in 2009. He has more than 19 years of experience in international projects such as Hospitals, Schools, Leisure Facilities, Public Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Housing and Villas in addition to Master Plan
