“I wanted to beautify my yard to enjoy it more and increase my home value. I needed an extensive upgrade and was very careful choosing a contractor. I had 4 quotes done by the highest rated contractors in my area. What impressed me most about Simmons Stone, and led me to choose Eric as project manager, was the value I received and his frequent visits and communication to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done correctly. “Morris Bricks and their team were awesome! He patiently consulted us and still came in within budget after design changes. We love our yard so much. The turf looks amazing a year later. No issues with drainage after the crazy unusual rains. We are getting ready to update the next section of our yard and are excited to work with Adam again!”

“After looking at looking at my torn up driveway and sidewalk due to tree roots and age I decided it’s time to get this done. After meeting with Adam, was the only one who gave a written estimate. So I figured this was a good start. Plus my neighbor had their work done by Sanders Bricks last month, and not a crack. And theirs was a HUGE job. These led to my deciding factors aside from being bonded etc. They we were polite, efficient, promt, clean, respectful and best of all they communicated everything every step of the way. The day of work went very smoothly without incident! And the icing on the cake is that price wise, they were best I came across by a lot. I highly recommend this company. The proof is in the work, and the longevity that they’ve been around for. Can’t thank these guys enough! Great work all around from the office to the labor.”

“I hired Mark to do a complete backyard remodel inlcuding demolition of the old concrete slab, removal of all planter walls, building a new retaining wall on our slope, and pushing the yard back in to the hillside to gain additional square footage around the pool. He also replaced the pool coping, drainage and built all new planter walls. Mark was super friendly and my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with his expertise. He showed up on time for the estimate and was very consultative (no pressure). I got three bids from other companies and while Mark's wasn't the lowest, it was competitive, and my wife and I both felt that with a project of this size, we'd rather spend the money with someone we felt good about rather than just making the decision on price alone. I'm glad we did. We stayed within budget and there were very minimal unforseen extras (the draininge under the old slab had to be replaced, but thats to be expected on a 50 year old slab. The project finished on schedule and looks amazing. Mark and his foreman Phil were both really easy to work with, friendly and attentive during the whole process. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and would hire them again if I had another project.”

“S.L Home Designs replaced the insulation in my attic a couple months ago. I actually had a different company replace it in my previous house and it was such a mess I was scared to do it again. Happy to say that Shawn was very clean and professional. Not one speck of dust was left when they finished the work and the new insulation looks great as well!”
