“My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our experience working with Patribeck Construction and Renovation. I contacted James thru his website requesting an urgent request with our house and garage roof replacement. We were having trouble with our insurance company and the expiry date for our claim was approaching within the week. Not only was James at my house personally the next day, he diffused my frustrations and made me feel more at ease dealing with my insurance co.. The crew who came to replace our house snap lock metal roof, were courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. I would hire Patribeck again without question, they were a real pleasure to work with and made us feel like family!! The Daley's”

“TDC Roofing did an amazing job during a recent renovation of our home. They suggested installing a skylight in an upper loft area of our house, which now provides a lot of natural light in a previously dark area. It is the focal point of our upper floor and we continually receive comments on how good it looks. Additionally, Derek did a quick complimentary inspection of our 25 year old shake roof and told us it would not need replacement for a few more years. He also provided options that would work equally well if we did choose not to reshingle with costly cedar shakes. We greatly appreciated his time and honest evaluation. TDC Roofing not only displayed superior care and attention to the installation of our skylight, but also followed up with excellent customer service once the job was completed. We have referred TDC Roofing to friends and family, and will continue to do so without hesitation.”

In no time at all, Mike was there to protect us from the damage... and prepare a comprehensive quote with a variety of options to choose from. The work performed by their conscientious crew resulted in an extremely satisfying experience; on time and within budget. Great to deal with- from initial call to the site cleanup. Great job!! “We hired Five Star Roofing the summer of 2019 after working with another company that couldn't seem to provide us the service we needed even though the work was relatively straight forward (clean out eavestroughs and seal corners + replace a few clay tiles). Five Star Roofing was able to help us out without any problems or issues. They were professional, their quote came in a little lower than the first company, and they were able to fit us in to their schedule within a couple of weeks. We would happily hire them again for other jobs - big or small. The folks at Five Star Roofing are awesome!!!”

“They did the complete exterior of our house, roof, siding, windows and doors. I wanted a family business to do the work. They were professional and the expertise the 3 teams (so each area was being done by specialists, not generalists) have is impressive. Any concerns that arose were minor and were responded to respect towards my determination that my vision be accomplished or the issue be fixed. Kelly's ability to put colours, textures and styles together and ability to visualize what I wanted made the designing process easier. He willingly met me at the manufacturer's showroom so I could feel and see the windows, doors and siding and their colours (I like to pinch & poke anything prior to buying). He also visited the site a few times to ensure the site was being kept clean and things were up to my (and their) standards (we both have high standards). The results are stunning, the workmanship top notch and my neighbours were impressed with how quiet and respectful the crews were. The clean-up was meticulous. ******* photos were taken before and after by a professional. I don't have copies at this time. I have submitted mine but they don't show the true colour of the siding.”
