“We had a roof leak all of a sudden during a bad rainstorm and so we called this company. They came out almost immediately and diagnosed and fixed the problem within a half hour. The young man who showed up was personable and professional. Oh, and no leak.”

“In August 2011 we had to replace the roof on our 1960's home. We hired SEC Renovations and Repairs, based on their previous reviews and years of experience, to complete the job. The initial estimate was for two layers of shingle removal and of course a new roof. Shortly after the repairs began the contractor found sheets upon sheets of delaminated plywood. The contractor took pictures of the plywood and spoke to us about the issue. Of course removing and replacing over 25sheets of plywood was going to cost significantly more than expected...and more than the insurance company gave us for the roof. Fortunately, the contractor knew what to do and he helped us renegotiate the allotted price of the roof with the insurance company. So, he went out of his way to save us money, and he even installed solar attic fans and an energy efficient shingle, and this helped us out on our taxes and our power bill! This was a great experience and the roof is beautiful and will last us 30 years or more!”
