“Very professional installation crew. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I felt the job was incomplete. I paid $50 to get someone to climb a ladder to the top of my chimney and paint 1 sf of exposed, untreated plywood. A $5 can of spray paint would have made this a 5 star project.”

“Chase Hulsey could not have been more accommodating. His friendly and courteous approach, coupled with professional insight and product knowledge assured me I had made the right decision to select United. His timely communications with me and direct follow up with the insurance company eliminated any unnecessary paperwork. My job was scheduled promptly, materials were shipped and positioned conveniently on my driveway, and my new roof completed when promised. I wish all my dealings with vendors were this efficient. “Jessie at Edge Roofing was the sweetest young man. He came at a really rough time in my life. I had just lost my mother. The last thing I needed was to have to deal with replacing my roof. He helped me with everything. He dealt with the insurance company and he and his boss had everything lined up and the roof was completed in 1 day. My experience was awesome and worry free. They took care of everything! I would definitely use them again! They treated me like family!”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had my roof done by these guys. I wasn't looking forward to doing it because of a bad experience with a different contractor at my last house. I went with them (over several others) because of the personal touch and knowledge of the owner. I felt like he wasn't selling me something. He was truly there to help us. My gut was right, what a great experience and pleasure it was. My roof is beautiful. I will not even think about any other company if I ever need a roof again. Shannon and Bryson are absolutely great people and their work is second to none. I could not ask for a better roof or to meet better people.”
