They helped me through the insurance process, were very easy to schedule with, worked with me in selecting the materials and explaining the upgrades and costs, and ultimately made my roof replacement experience very easy. They also did the project very quickly, and were great in terms of the cleanup and day-of work.
As an anecdote to their commitment to the customer, they were very adamant about making sure that we had moved our cars from the garage. They gave me a head's up the day they dropped off materials, and made sure when they dropped off the dumpster a day later over the weekend, that we had access to our vehicles. I would highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing.”

“Very lucky we chose Highbanks. Several other contractors only offered extensive repairs to fix a roof leak, one wanted to replace the entire roof. But Jim said he would try to figure out what was causing the leak and he spent much more time in the attic than anyone else did and found right where the problem was. Offered to do it for less than $300, with a guarantee it wouldn't leak for 5 years at that same spot. It took 2 tries, but he kept his word and came back within a couple days when the leak persisted after the first visit. This time- no leak, and no more buckets catching water.”

I had no idea Hail had hit my home and I was ready to shell out 10k to just have it replaced. They met the adjuster and negotiated a full replacement with my insurance company. The quality of the job was outstanding and the project manager took the time to explain every process and what the material was while it was being built. With the money I saved we are contracting these guys again to replace the siding and cannot wait to see our home completely transformed.”
