From start to finish, every aspect of the job was top drawer. The friendly professional crew was exceptional, on time and diligent throughout. We could not be more pleased with results. “Quality of work and clean-up were excellent. Worked with their staff to confirm that they were bonded and insured (incl Workman's Comp) at time of our project. There was confusion around final invoice amount, but all was cleared up because we had requested detailed estimate up front before making any commitments. Detailed estimate is always a good idea to avoid confusion and prevent the final bill from creeping up.”

“I cannot say enough about Roof Authority! They are fast, and I mean really fast - one day for my roof. They went well beyond what even we agreed upon because once they got up there, the owner, who personally manages the inspection, pricing, and job, saw other things that needed to be done. And in 45 years, I have never seen an estimate like the one delivered to me by the owner! The detail was incredible, all the way down to the ariel pictures of the roof and trouble spots, so I could see exactly what he was talking about. Mine is an older house, built in 1930's, under a lot of large oaks, with a lot of problems and piece-mealing from a lot of inadequate roofers and handymen over the years. RA fixed it all, and then some! Even regraded a part of the house with a flat roof to prevent future problems. All of this at 1/4th less than the biggest, most highly recommended roofer in town!”

“I had a top notch experience with Affordable Gutters Plus in December 2021. From my first contact with Kristi to the install by Phil and his crew, I always felt like I was in good hands. Kristi always replied to my emails and phone calls within one day and often within the hour. I peppered her with questions and she was always patient and professional with her answers. Phil and his install crew called when they were on their way (as they said they would) and took time to explain how they were going to do the corners and the entire install. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They ensured they cleaned up when they were done, too. I did have a question after the install after I had time to inspect and Kristi got back to me right away. A very pleasant experience.”
