“He was highly knowledgeable e.g he gave a very accurate assessment of the problem and the solution required. In our case cleaning the roof of moss, removing broken tiles, replacing broken tiles, fitting new eaves trays, felt and battens fixed to the rafters. Their attitude was very polite and friendly. They kept us fully informed of what work was being carried out. They finished it within the deadline. They kept within the budget and they worked well by causing as little disruption as possible. They found a way of leaving the front door closed as well as having a way for the power extension lead to go through. They done a very good job as the roof is now completely repaired with some new tiles and new roof lining. No mess was left by them.”

“Joe and his team were here about one hour and a half, the works was completed in this time. As we have not had any rain we are unable to say definitely that the leak is now ok, although we think a good job has been done. Joe came to see us the morning after we called him. Unfortunately the original garage roof was erected by a ‘cowboy’ roofer, who did s terrible job. We feel more confident after meeting Joe, that he is a good tradesman.”
