“I had storm damage to my house and needed a partial roof replacement and siding repair. I was most appreciative if the rapid initial response to secure the roof. However, I had to wait weeks for the siding repair. The quality of the work was excellent. The response time was poor.”

“As a single female homeowner with NO skills, I've hired many, many contractors for various projects - big and small. This company - ten years after I hired them to install gutter protection on my home - is still outstanding and still providing almost unbelievable customer service. There was never any high-pressure sales, just patience and lots of good information that helped me make a decision. The installation was quick and well-done. I've never had a single issue. When I had a question FOUR years later, they sent someone to check it out, no charge. I recommend them to everyone, and just last week got a check in the mail for $25 because some friends hired them. If I sound enthusiastic, it's because I am. This was a terrific experience with an excellent company. And - had to guess on the dates & cost in this review, because I honestly don't remember.”

“This company has done very good work throughout Belleville and especially in my neighborhood. They were able to get the job done in spite of a very rainy summer. The replacement shingles were of better quality than what was on the house previously and the color that was suggested and chosen was very complimentary to the homes color scheme. The crew was careful of the dual hvac handlers and the surrounding shrubbery. The quality of the replacement flashings were excellent. Clean up was quick and efficient. I will use this company again for my next project, a replacement carriage house scheduled for summer 2016. I would recommend this company.”

“Great Construction Co., I had a roof replaced which included removing the existing shingles down to the plywood decking. All work was done per the estimate on schedule and in a professional manner, end result a great looking new roof. I'll call Harber Construction again if I have any future needs; I found them easy to work with. They're knowlegeable, HONEST, and have very competitive pricing,”

“From our first contact with Jake Little, the KPro Roofing representative who contacted us, we felt comfortable and confident that we would be treated fairly and competently with our endeavor to get our damaged roof replaced. Jake is professional and personal and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Love how he gets involved in all aspects and is willing to help his crew. The Crew was respectful of our property and we are so very pleased with their finished product of new roof, gutters and downspouts. We highly recommend Jake and the KPro Roofing company for your roofing needs. I am doing this review because I asked Jake how I could "sing the company praises" in addition to word of mouth, and he told me I could write a review here. Everyone on the team that we met was very helpful and informative and you can see that they all take pride in their work.”

“During the first week of April, a hail storm damaged our roof and our siding, while other houses in the neighbourhood sustained very little damage or no damage at all. Before Ensurance Exteriors we had another roofing contractor who was confident that will get us a new roof, but then the insurance company came out and found "no damage". Luckily we got Grady's contact on a recommendation and he got the State Farm to agree and replace the whole thing. He was extremely helpful and available 24/7 and went above and beyond to explain the process. He answered all of our questions and was happy to talk us through our options when we felt hopeless. We can't thank Grady enough, since then we referred his company to our family members and friends!”
