“Affordable Roofing and Exteriors did a marvelous job! They picked up the materials required to do the job and performed replacing the worn-out siding with the new on the front of the house. I was amazed with the quality and workmanship. The crew was very polite and left the premises absolutely clean afterwards. I cannot do them justice with this review because I am beyond words about the work they did and the great price they charged me. My 1911 home looks new. Extremely happy homeowner - M. Peters”

“Working with Gabe (Guardian Roofing) was the best decision I made in my remodelling project. He is amazing. He worked closely with me, kept me apprised of how things were going, helped to calm me down when I began to freak out, graciously tolerated (and responded to) many emails and texts, accompanied me to look at countertop materials, kept on the sub-contractors, kept us on budget (and we would have been under if I hadn't gone for a more expensive countertop option), made sure the site was clean (or got on folks when it wasn't) and is a genuinely good guy. I can't say enough good things about him. I will definitely be working with Gabe more — whether it's more remodelling, getting a new roof or adding a porch,”

“Waddle Exteriors installed new shingles on my house. They used a superior product with an excellent warranty. They explained every aspect of the brand of shingles they used. The scheduling was smooth. The workmanship and cleanup were excellent.”
