Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. “TRS installed a 12' by 14' Four Seasons sun room above a walk-in storage area. Storage room included construction of a concrete slab floor and concrete foundation, framing of walls, and installation of vinyl siding to match main structure. Project included electrical service and heating/AC. TRS completed this project on time and in budget. Very responsive to change orders requested by us. Totally satisfied with the finished product and the service provided by TRS.”

He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted.
