“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

“Prior to selecting S&S, I had several other companies come to my home to give me a presentation on building our Patio. I must say the presentation that George, Sales and Designer gave, was by far none the best presentation. However, it was not the presentation that led me to choose S&S, it was the fact that George gave us the plans and outlined the design of the Patio to the back of the house. This way we had a true visual on how the Patio space and layout. At that point we were sold on choosing S&S as the company to build our Patio.
We were then introduce to Jonny the project manager. Jonny kept us up-to-date on all material delivery and development of the project. He was available to answer all questions we had during the building of the Patio. The crew that worked on the Patio, was the most professional. They asked daily if we had any questions. This company has met and exceeded our expectations of the design of this Patio. We are very pleased with the design and layout of Patio and plan to get plenty use out of this Patio.

“We had to replace our front porch/portico because it had gradually deteriorated. We consulted with Archadeck and decided to have them do the work. The entire project was started and completed earlier than expected, was reasonably priced, and was done professionally from start to finish. This included a complete set of CAD drawings which were discussed and allowed for modifications along the way. The consulting engineer met with us in our home, was very professional, listened to our ideas, and stayed involved to insure everything met our specifications. Communications with the office were timely and managed well throughout. This included inspections and multiple materials deliveries. The carpenter who built the new porch did excellent work, kept us informed, and made changes as requested to produce an inviting entrance to our home. The best aspects of working with Archadeck were that they listened and responded, were flexible but timely in doing the work, and took pride in the completed project. We appreciate that.”
