Her work and attention to detail is excellent and my client's have been very happy. She has fabricated both curtain panels and roman shades for me and they have always looked exceptional and operated smoothly. She is pleasant and easy to work with and her lead times for fabrication are very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.”

“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“Maria is excellent to work with. Her memory for my preferences and with furniture I already have is exemplary. I wanted to mix some favorite Queen Anne cherry pieces with modern, clean lines in the living/dining rooms and the result is stunning! She follows through, is prompt, and is knowledgeable about product and colors. I trust her 'eye' and everything turns out beautifully done. I am working with her on another guest bedroom. “I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen. Every little detail was considered from cabinets to pulls. The kitchen is now the center our family life. (Cost is for all three projects)”

“I have now used Innovative Window Ware and Terry Leak on about 5 projects in two different homes that I have owned - he is just amazing. First, he helped us deal with very difficult window sizes in our 1936 spanish style home and now he is helping us add character to a new construction home that really needs some architectural interest.
