“Hal from Window-ology came to install our plantation shutters and cellular blinds today in our home. We'd ordered them online and the measurements were wrong (not through Window-ology) and Hal saved the today. He was incredibly positive and solutions-oriented in helping us make a quick decision in how to move forward with an expensive error by providing practical options for an imperfect situation - we were sure a lot calmer in the midst of a mini-crisis thanks to him! Communication was also incredibly quick which we highly value - I emailed them in the evening and received a call first thing the next morning, they called to confirm, and showed up right on time as promised, which is huge when others in the industry don't. Can't wait for Hal to come back and install more shutters/blinds at our new home!”

“Sherri and her crew did a terrific job for us. She answered all our questions and explained how the blinds worked. I felt the job was completed in record time. We had a small problem in which Sherri returned at a later date and fixed the problem immediately. We are very happy with the blinds and professional service.”

“We were more then pleased with our experience! Michelle arrived as scheduled, after touring the house and seeing the windows that needed to be addressed, Michelle made several suggestions of products that would work based on our style and level of privacy and/or darkness we were looking to attain. She had sample books with her, so we could see how each product and color would work in each room. I placed my order that day. The installer arrived several weeks later, installed the blinds quickly and he cleaned up after himself! The top down bottom up blinds were the best suggestion ever, the options for privacy are excellent. It was a five star experience for sure!”

“I have purchased window coverings through this company many times. A designer comes to your home, helps with design advice and product choice (several times have helped me change my perspective on what I needed for a much better result), and installation is included. I have had 3 different installers work on my windows, all 3 worked quickly and left the space clean. They were polite, professional, and could answer all my questions about the products I'd purchased. Twice the installers noticed a small scratch or problem with the product and informed me they were ordering a replacement immediately. Great service and nice, knowledgeable team.”
