“We've just had our old 70's staircase completely replaced by Thomas Ferns and what a difference it makes. The whole process was very straightforward from the initial design consultation to the removal and fitting of the new staircase. One of the many things we liked were the various examples of style and samples of wood and glass shown to us during the design consultation stage meaning we could readily envisage the finished product before we placed the order. When it came to fitting the new staircase Thomas and his team were meticulous workmen with a keen eye on attention to detail making sure that the finished product was just as we wanted. All in all considering the positive change its made to our house and the complete lack of hassle I wonder why we didn't replace our staircase sooner”

“Hi All, I went with Max Stairs initially of the back off how passionate Waldemar was about staircases in general. He instilled me with a lot of confidence and he was clearly knowledgeable on his product. We had a delay with our stairs that put back our move in date - This was not entirely their fault. Would I use this company again? 100% YES!!! The staircase that we had made, simply put is stunning!”
