“I have a very expensive leather love seat that I purchased almost six years ago from a highly respected furniture company. Within a couple year's time the color started to wear off the seat cushions but, unfortunately, I did nothing about it until after the warranty period had expired. Then, three months ago my husband grabbed a soft towel to dry one drop of water from the back of the love seat and the color came off down to the bare leather. After much conversation with the furniture company, they agreed to repair the damage.
