“Very pleased with the workmanship of the under stairs storage. Time will tell if the hinges and push on/off door closers will stand wear and tear but it comes with a good warranty. Communications prior to the work being carried out could have been a bit better as there was a long gap between the date given for installation on booking and the actual work being carried out, although the dates were my choice. I had to check they were still coming as I hadn't heard anything and in the end my allocated joiner was not at work so an alternative had to be found to keep the time slot. Not sure if this would have happened if I'd not taken the initiative and rung the company. Once they realised the joiner was not at work and was due the next day to complete my job the company was very prompt in securing me another joiner.”
