“The Concrete Pool Company provided a full renovation of our 80s concrete pool. Ryan has been onsite throughout the whole process and been very informative and helpful regarding choices to be made and next steps in the renovation process. All of his associated tradespeople have been extremely polite, punctual and hardworking. For pool amateurs like ourselves it has been refreshing to have Ryan onsite working, and overseeing all works, due to his depth of knowledge on all topics pool related. Helen has also been extremely helpful in obtaining all required materials quickly, ensuring a smooth installation process without delays. Clearly Ryan and Helen make a great team and we cannot recommend them and The Concrete Pool Company more highly.”

“I engaged Pools by Design to build our concrete pool in the hills area in 2014. The pool design was out of the ordinary as our site was steeply sloping away and difficult to access. The contemporary infinity edge structure had to be built out of the ground like a huge bathtub. Many aspects of the pool build process required problem solving, creative thinking, tolerance of my own vision, and initiative from the foreman. The pool was to be built in tandem with very large-scale retaining walls and complete landscape reconstruction. Pools by Design were happy to co-operate with this process, and to keep up with our schedules on site to make sure the job got done in time. We had a great experience and have a magnificent pool.”
