“When we moved we knew we wanted to create a special place in our backyard for family and friends to relax and enjoy themselves. We interviewed several pool companies and backyard solutions folks and felt the where cookie cutter or lacked originality. Till we came across Fraser First Class and Doug. He understood what we wanted in our complete years make over, We now have that experience. New Pool, Landscaping, Travertine for the entire deck. Look amazing. The entire team at Katy Prairie Pools, from management to laborers, gives any first-time pool owner a stress-free and remarkable experience! Huge investment. The stress of potentially shady contractors. The fact that you may not know what goes into the construction of pools. These guys eliminate it all! Old school men of their word. A handshake promise and it is delivered! Just leave it to them and it gets done. As simple as it can be. I am proud to be their first review on Houzz! “WE have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Backyard Pool Specialists. They have built 4 backyard paradises for our family, and all have been amazing. The most important thing is that they were responsive and professional in resolving any issues before, during, and after the construction. Which to me is the most important thing that went into our decisions to use them 4 times. Likely to have one more pool build to go and will definitely use Backyard Pools again.”

“Very happy with the service provided for over 10 years. Consistent, professional and very courteous. Have used them for service and repairs. They are always timely, communicative and always puts the customer first. Not to mention a very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. They fully explain what is necessary and offer options so that I may make an educated decision on how to proceed. Also able to expedite repairs under warranty since they are direct warrant representatives. I love this company!”

“THESE PEOPLE RESCUED MY POOL FIVE YEARS AGO AND HAVE TAKEN THE BEST CARE OF MY POOL AND EQUIPMENT EVER SINCE. I MOVED AND BUILT ANOTHER POOL AND CHOSE THESE GUYS TO DESIGN AND BUILD IT. I TRUSTED THEM AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. MY POOL IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. IF I HAD TO USE ONE WORK TO DESCRIBE MICHAEL, IT WOULD BE PROFESSIONAL.”
