“We are very satisfied with Idaho Outdoor Kitchen and Pools! Joe and his Team have been very attentive, professional and courteous. From the first "on site" visit appointment, Joe and his lovely assistant Brianna stood out from others by showing good listening skills, helping finding the right product for our size yard and lining up everything we would need to make the process quick and painless. Throughout the process, they were always there: checking on things, making sure his contractors were doing their part, fixing arising problems and issues, and continuing providing support and help to us. We've changed our design few times, and Joe was willing to listen and adjust as needed. He and his team were always there to answer questions and making sure things were moving along. The pricing was fair, and the payments schedule was easy and on time. We would definitely recommend Joe and his crew for any of your pool or remodel needs!”

“Universal Pools, LLC did an amazing job on our swimming pool. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from beginning to end. They assisted us in our design and were attentive to all our requests. They are informative and have excellent communication. They always completed every task by the deadlines and were always available to answer my questions even after the pool was completed. I love my pool!!! I would absolutely recommend them to my family members and friends.”
