“We contracted with Keystone Custom Decks to build a porch onto the back of our home. We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them, and will call on their services again for future needs!”

They timeline they proposed was exactly how it happened which was nice to know when you are excited about getting a pool installed. The team is highly professional and positive. “I would definitely recommend Mike Ciarrochi and Armond Aquatech. I have done numerous construction projects at my home over the last twelve years and have been fortunate to have worked with a phenomenal general contractor who really set some high standards. Knowing my standards and expectations, my contractor recommended Armond Aquatech to build our pool. Building our pool was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been through, which would not have been expected as my general contractor was onsite at the same time building the pool house while Armond was constructing the pool. Armond and my contractor were able to work seamlessly together to get the project done. Armond Aquatech started the project on time. Mike was on site just about every day of the pool construction to make sure that all elements of the construction were handled appropriately. If there was a problem during construction, he personally addressed it. Our pool project was not an easy one given the terrain of our yard, and Armond was able to have the pool completed on time despite these obstacles. We were swimming by Memorial Day having started construction in only March. Mike was able to coordinate not only the pool construction, but also our fence installation. He also assisted with the construction of a river boulder retaining wall for the back side of our pool-all of which turned out terrific. When I am looking to hire a contractor, I expect someone who is reliable (shows up on time and on a consistent basis), trustworthy, does good work and stands behind their work, keeps the jobsite clean and has employees onsite who adhere to these same standards. I felt that Armond met all of these qualities and I would not hesitate having them do more work at my home or recommending them to others. While they may be slightly more expansive, having done so much construction at my house, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and that this slight increase in cost is worth every penny.”

He's a great communicator, he always gets back to me, lets me know what's going on if there's a problem. His employees are friendly and helpful. He can handle any kind of repair, whether its to the machinery or the pool itself. His rates are very fair, and he shows up when he says he will.”

“I hired Colony to replaster my pool a number of years ago, and they did a great job. Thereafter I have continued to use them to open and close my pool each season, as well as to service the pool when I am away. Their service as always been prompt and efficient. Because of the type of vacuum sweep in my pool [installed by a prior pool company], it is not always easy to get my pool functioning; but Colony has solved any problems with it. Their staff is friendly and their managers are available in the evenings and over the weekend. I find their fees to be resonable and the charges clearly spelled out. I have no hesitation in recommending Colony Pool Service of De./”

“I just hired them to do a pool remodel. My neighbor used them two seasons ago and was very pleased. The renovation to their pool was very dramatic and that sold us. We are only doing the coping/ tile and interior at this time. We hope for a larger renovation including the surrounding decking and lanscaping next summer. ”
